本隐私政策适用于 “视频测量健康” 应用（以下简称“本软件/本服务”）。我们将遵循合法、正当、必要、诚信原则，仅为实现产品功能与保障服务安全之目的处理您的个人信息。

1）账户与身份验证信息：手机号（用于登录/验证码验证/一键登录等），必要的认证信息。
2）健康与测量数据（由您测量/输入或设备产生）：心率、心率变异性（RMSSD/HRV）、HF、LF 等，用于趋势展示、记录与参考分析。
3）健康状态记录：您录入的健康状态（如身体舒适度、精神状态等）、测量时间等，用于生成测量日历、趋势图与参考解读。
4）位置信息（经您授权）：用于“位置分享/报平安”等功能展示当前位置或生成分享内容；未授权不影响核心测量功能。
5）音频信息（经您授权）：用于“语音记录/健康备注”功能的录制、上传、播放与管理。
6）设备与日志信息：设备标识符（如 Android 广告标识符/设备信息的必要字段）、系统版本、网络状态、崩溃日志、操作日志，用于保障安全、排查故障与提升体验。
7）您主动提供的其他信息：例如昵称/分享名（如有）、反馈内容等。

我们可能将上述信息用于：
1）提供与维护本服务（健康测量记录、趋势图、身体趋势参考、位置分享、语音备注等）；
2）改进与优化产品体验（统计分析、问题诊断、功能迭代）；
3）安全保障（反作弊、风控、安全审计与账号保护）；
4）合规要求（满足法律法规、监管要求或执法需要）。
特别提示：本软件涉及的趋势展示与解读结果仅供参考，不构成医疗建议或风险判断依据。

我们不会向第三方出售您的个人信息。仅在以下情形可能共享或披露：
1）经您明示同意（例如您主动发起分享至微信/生成分享链接时）；

- 相机：用于视频健康测量或识别相关能力；
- 录音：用于语音记录/健康备注；
- 位置信息：用于位置分享/报平安；
- 存储：用于缓存音频/测量数据导出或下载等；
- 网络：用于数据同步与服务请求。
- Android_ID和MAC：用户生成您的唯一ID，关联数据
您可在系统设置中关闭相关权限，部分功能将不可用或受限。

我们会在提供服务所必需的期限内保存您的信息，保存期限可能受法律法规或业务需要影响。
当您注销账号或删除记录时，我们将按产品能力与合规要求处理删除/匿名化，但可能因备份、日志审计等需要在合理期限内保留。

我们会采取合理的安全措施（例如访问控制、传输保护、最小权限等）保护您的信息安全。请理解任何系统都无法保证绝对安全；如发生安全事件，我们将依法依规采取处置措施并在必要时告知您。

您可在本软件内或通过我们提供的渠道行使相关权利（以产品支持为准）：查询、更正、删除部分信息，撤回授权，以及注销账号等。

本软件建议由年满 18 周岁的用户使用。若您未满 18 周岁，请在监护人同意与指导下使用；我们也会在法律要求范围内采取必要保护措施。

This Privacy Policy applies to the “Video Measurement Health” app (the “App/Service”). We process personal information lawfully and only to the extent necessary to provide features and ensure security.

1) Account & verification: phone number and necessary authentication data for login/verification.
2) Health/measurement data: heart rate, HRV (RMSSD/HRV), HF, LF, etc., used for recording, charts and reference analysis.
3) Health status logs: self-reported health status (e.g., physical comfort, mental state), measurement timestamps, used for measurement calendar, trend charts and interpretation.
4) Location (with your permission): used for location sharing / “I’m safe” features and generating share content.
5) Audio (with your permission): used for voice notes/health remarks recording, upload, playback and management.
6) Device & logs: device info, OS version, network status, crash logs and operation logs for security and troubleshooting.
7) Other information you provide voluntarily (e.g., nickname/share name, feedback).

We may use the above to: provide and maintain the Service (health measurement recording, trend charts, physical trend reference, location sharing, voice notes, etc.); improve product experience; protect security; and comply with laws and regulations. Results and interpretations in the App are for reference only and do not constitute medical advice.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share/disclose only when: (1) you explicitly consent (e.g., sharing to WeChat or generating a share link); (2) it is necessary to use third-party services/SDKs to provide the feature (e.g., SMS/network, map/location, login/share SDKs) under confidentiality and minimization; or (3) required by law/regulators.

The App may request permissions such as camera (for video health measurement/recognition), microphone (for voice notes/health remarks), location, storage and network (subject to the actual version) to enable corresponding features. You can disable permissions in system settings; some features may be limited.

We store information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, subject to legal and operational needs. Upon deletion or account cancellation, we will process deletion/anonymization where feasible, while backups/logs may be retained for a reasonable period.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No system is absolutely secure; if a security incident occurs, we will take actions as required by law and notify you when necessary.

Subject to product capabilities and applicable law, you may access, correct, delete certain information, withdraw authorization, and cancel your account.

The App is intended for users aged 18+. If you are under 18, please use the App with guardian consent and guidance.

We may update this Policy from time to time and will provide notice through page updates or in-app announcements. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated Policy.
